Thank you for the years of great service you provide us. We have grown from a small company to a medium size company is just a few years. Since the first order of 50 CCAs (Circuit Card Assemblies) on 18 June 2002 until now with orders in the thousands per month of many different part types, PCB Solutions has grown along with us to help provide our customers with good quality and reliable products.
As we learned, we have not selected the simplest parts to place and reflow on a PCB or, at first, did not design the best PCBs. We have SMT components as small as 0402 capacitors and resistors, leadless devices, fine pitch devices, through hole devices, and temperature sensitive and heat absorbing devices requiring a lot of skill to bring the PCBs to the right reflow temperatures without causing defects to these parts and others on the PCB. Even with the poor PCB designs that caused a lot warping during reflow, the defect rates were more than acceptable and this is one of the main reasons we are successful and have grown so quickly. Our brand name is regarded highly in the industry because of our functional designs and good quality we build into our products. Much of this credit is due to your ability to help solve problems, recommend DFM (Design for Manufacturability) requirements and provide us with good quality CCAs.
Also, your cooperation to solve problems due to our design errors and or wrong part callouts on the BOM has proven very resourceful. You find a way to give us what we want and still help us meet our scheduled build date. This has really been a great accomplishment since we have grown so much in such a short period of time and you were able to grow with us and still have the capacity to exceed our future growth projections.
We want to thank you and your staff for all your good help and success we both have experienced during these years of working together. It’s been our privilege to have PCB Solutions as part of our team.Mr. R.C.
