Printed circuit board assembly proved to be as easy

To whom it may concern,

I have been a customer of PCB Solutions, Inc. for the past 2 years. I became familiar with the company and it’s president when tasked with the production of a circuit board. I was to contract the production of the printed circuit boards, procure the parts it needed, and have the boards “stuffed” with the components. I am an electrical engineer and had previously produced simple printed boards and stuffed them with components by hand, but had never produced a circuit board that required surface-mount devices and did not know anything about the methods or machines that are used to produce them. Dave Woodbury and his staff were very informative about their processes and the requirements and limitations of their machines. Dave instructed me on how to order components his machines could handle to eliminate handwork and thus lower production costs. He also demonstrated component packaging that would reduce wasted components and speed his setup for production. Their advice has been invaluable.

Production of the boards proved to be as easy as delivering the components and picking up completed circuit boards. Production was always on time or earlier than promised. Another key factor has been the reliability of the product; all the boards produced thus far have worked.

I believe that this kind of customer service is uncommon; and I attribute the incredible growth the company has experienced to their commitment to customer service. They have made me a very satisfied customer. I have referred other engineers to them, and look forward to working with them in the future.
